Who we are

Native Nation Auto is operated by Paristotle Media, a registered Alberta business in Calgary. Vehicles are sold and delivered by Red Deer Mitsubishi, an AMVIC-licensed dealer, whose registered salesperson handles your enquiry. Native Nation Auto is not affiliated with any First Nation, band council or government.

This page is an invitation to enquire, not an offer

Nothing on our site is an offer of credit, an approval, a guarantee of approval, or a binding quote for any vehicle. Submitting the form starts a conversation — it does not create an agreement of any kind.

Savings figures are maximums, not promises

The First Nations discount and cash-back figures shown are the most that may be available. The amount you actually receive depends on the vehicle, availability, the supplying dealer and credit approval. Many buyers will receive less, and some will not qualify at all.

We confirm your real figures in writing before you commit to anything. If a number on our site and a number in your written agreement ever disagree, the written agreement is the one that counts.

Tax exemption

The GST exemption referred to on our site arises under section 87 of the Indian Act and applies only where the statutory conditions are met — including a valid status card and delivery of the vehicle to a reserve address. Whether it applies to your purchase depends on your own circumstances.

We are not tax advisors and nothing on this site is tax advice. Confirm your position with the Canada Revenue Agency or a qualified advisor before relying on it.

Financing

All financing is subject to approval by a third-party lender on that lender's terms. We do not lend money and we do not set rates. Any rate, term or payment discussed with you is confirmed by the lender in your credit agreement, and that agreement governs.

Eligibility

The offers described are for First Nations status card holders. We may ask to see a valid status card and to verify a reserve delivery address before any exemption or discount is applied.

Accuracy

We try to keep our site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, and content may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
