Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

Native Nation Auto ("we", "us") is operated by Paristotle Media, a registered Alberta business in Calgary, and runs nativenationauto.ca on behalf of Red Deer Mitsubishi, the AMVIC-licensed dealer that sells and delivers the vehicles. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where they apply, Alberta's and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Acts.

What we collect

Only what you give us in the form: the vehicle type you pick, your answers to its questions (cash or finance), and your full name, phone number and email address.

If you pick finance, we also ask how you'd rate your credit. This is not a credit check.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your status card number, Social Insurance Number or banking details through this page.

Our host also records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. This is normal for any website and is used for security and reliability.

Why we collect it

To get you a call back about the vehicle enquiry you submitted, to work out what you may qualify for, and to answer your questions. We also use it, in scrambled form, to measure our advertising (see Meta below). The dealer we pass your enquiry to may pay us for the introduction. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone else.

Who else sees it

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then we delete them.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or stop contacting you. You can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time — tell us and we will stop.

How to reach us

Send a request through the form on nativenationauto.ca and mark it "privacy request", and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive identity or financial documents through the form.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
